After the Cross Exhibition6 / クロス展6を終えて
The "Cross Exhibition" has successfully come to a close. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who took the time to visit the venue and to those who supported us. 無事に「クロス展」の全日程を終了いたしました。会場まで足を運んでくださった皆様、気にかけてくださった皆様、本当にありがとうございました。
Through our theme, "Two Years of Silence / Untouchable Distance," our team was able to accomplish exactly what we set out to do. Without any compromise, we materialized our deeply personal emotions and anchored them into the physical space. 今回の展示は、『2年間の沈黙 / 触れられない距離』というテーマの通り、私たちチームが「どうしてもやりたい事」、形にして残しておきたかった極私的な熱を、一切の妥協なく空間に落とし込むことができました。
Although we did not receive any awards or place in the rankings, we are quietly satisfied with the outcome. We weren't aiming to create a universally acclaimed "artwork," but rather a deeply personal "I-Photograph" (Shishashin)—burning our irreplaceable time onto Washi paper and framing it as a physical object. 結果として賞をいただいたりランキングに入ったりすることはありませんでしたが、それで良かったと静かに納得しています。大衆に評価されるわかりやすい「作品」ではなく、自分たちの抜き差しならない時間を和紙とフレームに定着させるための「私写真」だったからです。
It may not remain in the official records, but it has become an unforgettable memory and a profound achievement for our team.
数字や記録には残りませんが、私たちチームにとっては、確かな手応えのある何にも代えがたい「良い思い出」になりました。
To the amazing team who brought this passion to life, and to everyone who stopped to gaze into the shadows of our "untouchable distance"—thank you from the bottom of my heart. 一緒にこの熱を形にしてくれたチームへ。そして、わざわざ足を止めて、この「触れられない距離」の暗がりを覗き込んでくださった皆様へ。心から感謝申し上げます。ありがとうございました。
