2. [ English ] Two Years of Silence / Untouchable Distance

Two years have passed in silence since our origins in August 2022. Crossing the boundary of time and untouched distance, our trajectories intersect once again in this space. Brought to life through Ai Nakamura’s hair & makeup, the quiet presence of the subject reveals itself within the realm between memory and awakening.   


2年間の沈黙 / 触れられない距離

2022年8月、初めてファインダー越しに向き合った原点から、2年の沈黙を経て。 重なりあう歳月と触れられない距離を超え、僕たちの軌跡が再びこの空間で交差します。 中村亜衣によるヘアメイクとともに創り上げた世界観のなかで、記憶と覚醒の狭間に確かに佇む存在の気配を描き出します。   

Intersecting Media: Digital & Silver Gelatin

Captured under the exact same gaze, these works present a deliberate contrast in media: high-definition color digital prints on crystal paper alongside a monochrome gelatin silver print from a 4×5 large-format film. Through these distinct textures of light—the precision of pixels and the depth of silver grain—what shifts in the atmosphere? We invite you to experience the resonance.   

メディアの交差：デジタルと4×5銀塩

同じ眼差しが捉えた同一の被写体。そこに、最新のデジタル（A2超光沢クリスタル）と、4×5大判フィルム（6切銀塩絹目）という相反するメディアの交差を試みました。 高精細な色彩が描く奥行きと、銀粒子が宿す圧倒的な生々しさ。 表現手法の違いによって立ち現れる気配の差に、あなたは何かを感じますか？

4. The Origin — August 2022

In August 2022, I requested my very first individual portrait shoot with Mirai Asahina. This was the exact starting point of my creative journey. Now, after four years, our paths intersect once again at "Cross Exhibition 6."  


原点 — 2022年8月

2022年8月、人生で初めてリクエスト撮影をお願いしたのがあさひなみらいさんでした。 ここから始まった表現の軌跡が、4年の歳月を経て「クロス展6」で再び交差します。
