My artistic practice interrogates the boundaries of matter and time, shaped by three decades of precision craftsmanship in optical glass manufacturing, the temporal suspension of a high-velocity racing crash, and the spatial isolation of professional diving.

制作の地図
I desire to materialize the intangible and leave it in this world as physical matter.
私は、触れることのできないものを、物質として世界に残したい。
Water, nature, the body, time, memory, and existence. They are transient and can never remain in the exact same state.
水、自然、身体、時間、記憶、存在。それらは、同じ状態のまま留めることができません。
Starting with photography, I use 4x5 film, Washi (traditional Japanese paper), and FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Plastic) to attempt to preserve fading entities and the untouchable as both images and physical objects.
私は写真を出発点として、4×5フィルム、和紙、FRPなどを用い、消えていくものや触れることのできないものを、写真や物質として残すことを試みています。
My purpose is not merely to take photographs; rather, how to preserve the captured images and how to deliver them to the world is also an integral part of my creative process.
写真を撮ることだけを目的とせず、撮影した像をどのように残し、どのように世界へ届けるのか。この過程も私の制作の一部です。
The act of moving my hands while thinking, and continuing to question myself through that action, is currently organized into a concept I call "AIO."
考えながら手を動かす事、動かしてさらに自分に問い続ける事を、現在「AIO」という考え方として整理しています。

Attempts to leave images as physical matter using 4x5 film, Washi, and FRP.

The concept of "AIO," which systematizes my creation and thought.
As of August 2026, alongside the creation of photographic works, I am conducting experiments and producing artworks using 4x5 film, Washi, and FRP, expanding my activities into exhibitions, artwork sales, and collections.
2026年8月現在、写真作品の制作と並行して、4×5フィルム、和紙、FRPを用いた作品制作・実験を行い、展示・作品販売・作品収蔵へと活動を広げています。
