This digital fine art photograph captures the moment where human presence permeates into water. Inspired by the childhood memories of the Ochiai River—the stagnation of a polluted stream and the pure, subterranean spring water welling from beneath.

In creating this piece, I pay a profound homage to the physicality and presence of expressionist Misuzu Shibuya, one of Japan’s leading female artists. Her raw, uncompromising devotion to art deeply resonates with my own exploration of boundary and identity.
